TWBC generously provides financial support for Kevin and Lindsay Welch who have joined Chi Alpha Campus Ministries , the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Their mission is to build relationships with Alaskan natives at by establishing home groups and providing discipleship training so that when returning to their native villages, they can yield hundreds of reproducing converts and dozens of home churches. They also have a similar discipleship model at the UAF campus, aimed at Alaskan natives and American Indians, which make up 20 percent of the 10,000 student population.
Kevin and Lindsay have been serving with Chi Alpha since 2012 starting in Texas. They joined the Fairbanks Chi Alpha staff in 2014, pioneering Chi Alpha in Alaska, alongside the Burkharts. They now serve as Fairbanks Chi Alpha staff lead pastors.
