Ladies Bible Study

Diane Jooste teaches a Bible Study every Tuesday morning at 10:00 am. This takes place at The Woodlands Bible Church.

Stephanie Hall leads a Woman’s Bible study on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 p.m., at The Woodlands Bible Church.

We get together as a group of women to fellowship and study the word of God in depth. After the study, the ladies fellowship and enjoy food and get to know each other.

We also have a very active social calendar where Laura Sziy organizes get togethers for each month so the ladies can actively get to know each other better.

If you have any questions regarding the Women’s Ministry, please contact Diane Jooste at ladiesministry@thewoodlandsbc.org

Men’s Bible Study:

Question: Why a men’s Bible study?
If the Bible has the same messages running through it, then why have specifically a men’s Bible study?

Answer: While messages in the Bible may be the same and understood by anyone who reads the Bible, those messages apply differently to men and to women. Andf or that matter to children as well. When we talk about a men’s Bible study, we are talking about men gathering together to discuss issues that are unique to men and finding out what God has to say about those issues.

At the Woodlands Bible Church, Men of all ages gather together in a welcoming environment of food and fellowship while concentrating on an in-depth verse by verse study of the scriptures. Specifically, we have been studying the book of wisdom, the Proverbs, where virtually every problem that a man deals with throughout his life is revealed and given a solution. Whether a man is dealing with a difficult marriage, and trying to save it, or recovery from an adulterous affair, the Proverbs addresses this. If a man is given to laziness and does not know how to become motivated, the answers have been discussed in our study. If a man is an over achiever and has tendencies to running over others, we have a solution from the Proverbs. If he is easily deceived into doing things contrary to the things, he knows are right, Proverbs addresses how to avoid deception and pursue the truth. If a man has been divorced and wants to avoid repeating destructive behaviors that sabotage future relationships, this study discusses this as well. And the list goes on! Work, money, relationships, a man’s self-image, humility, pride, or whatever. It is all addressed in this study.

If you attend our Men’s Bible study, which meets the first and third Monday night of the month you can expect a raw, under-engineered atmosphere where you can count on the truth of the Bible being applied to all situations that men meet. Joins us,…you will not regret it!

"All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work."
2 Timothy 3:16-17
