We believe that there is only one God.
We believe that there is only one God that exists .We believe that he created all things and that there is nothing that exists that he did not create. (Deuteronomy4:35, 39, 6:4; 2 Kings 19:15)
We believe that God is eternal.
We believe that God has always existed in the past and will always exist in the future. He has no beginning and no end. He was not created but has always been. (Psalm 90:2, Romans 1:20)
We believe that God is three persons in one essence.
We believe that there is only one being we call God (Psalm 19:1). He is comprised of three persons, all distinct from each other and all functioning differently than each other. Yet, they are all still equally and fully God. These three persons are God the Father (1 Corinthians 8:6; Ephesians 4:6), God the Son (Colossians 1:15; John 10:30) and God the Holy Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:17).
We believe that God is personal.
We believe that God is personal. This means that he desires to be in communion with us and wants us to be in communion with Him. Being personal, He is active in the world and he possess emotions, intellect and will (Psalm 103:13 Romans 9:15, 18). He also has told us about himself in the Bible.
